DRIVING DIRECTIONS to Forty / Fifteen Resort

  1. From Southwest Florida International Airport - follow signs to exit airport. Bear L on   
      Daniels Pkwy; continue under I-75;

OR… From I-75 take exit 131 and go W on Daniels Pkwy;

  2. Continue W on Daniels Pkwy 5 miles to Six Mile Cypress Pkwy;
  3. Turn Left on Six Mile Cypress Pkwy;
  4. Continue on Six Mile Cypress Pkwy 2.6 miles
  5. Six Mile Cypress Pkwy becomes Gladiolus Dr.
  6. Continue on Gladiolus Dr. 1.5 miles
  7. Turn Left onto Summerlin Rd. & continue SW 8 miles;
  8. Summerlin Rd. ends at the Sanibel Causeway. There is a $3 toll to cross the causeway 
      bridge;
  9. Coming off the causeway, turn R on Periwinkle Way;
10. Continue on Periwinkle Way 2.7 miles to T intersection with Tarpon Bay Rd.;
11. Turn L on Tarpon Bay Rd.; continue to T intersection with West Gulf Dr.;
12. Turn R on West Gulf Dr.;
13. Continue on West Gulf Dr., past intersection with Rabbit Rd.;
14. Continue about 0.7 miles - Forty/Fifteen is on the left at 4015 W. Gulf Dr.
